Our Pledge to your pet:
We will care for all boarded pets with kindness and will place their welfare above all other business considerations.​
We will provide security and safety for all boarded pets by means of proper kennel design, good animal handling procedures, adequate separation between animals, and by keeping all pet boarding areas free of potential hazards.​
We will maintain a sanitary environment for all boarded pets.​
We will provide vigilant supervision of all boarded pets by competent, conscientious personnel and will respond appropriately to any sign of distress or emergency.​
We will provide individual water containers and clean water each boarded pet.​
We will provide an adequate and proper diet to each boarded pet.​
We will seek veterinary assistance whenever appropriate, the choice of veterinarian to be governed by kennel policy.​
We will require proper immunizations for all boarders, as specified in our pre-entry procedures.​
We will administer owner-provided or veterinary-prescribed medication in accordance with instructions.​
We will take appropriate measures to control parasites within the kennel environment.​
We will maintain temperatures within healthful limits, and will take appropriate precautions to protect animals which have special temperature requirements.​
We will provide protection from the elements and from excessive exposure to the sun to all boarded pets.​
We will provide adequate ventilation to minimize possible exposure to harmful bacteria or viruses.​
We will provide comfortable levels of light in all boarding areas.​
We will provide individual sleeping areas which are large enough to accommodate normal postural movements.

As pet owners ourselves, we understand the concern you may feel about leaving such a beloved member of the family in our hands. We want to assure you, we take our responsibility to heart and care for your pet as if he or she were our own. Although your pet is our priority, we also want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with the services we provide for you. If you have any questions or concerns, please let us know. Caring for pets is a great responsibility and privilege. Our commitment is rewarded each time we send home a happy pet to a satisfied owner. Please read "Our Pledge To Your Pet." Your pledge to us and all pets:
Please do not leave your pets off leash on/around the property.
Please keep 6 feet between other customers and their pets.

Do not knowingly bring any sick pets. Please alert us if your pet has been coughing, sneezing, throwing up, etc.
Do not bring pets who have been in contact with sick animals. You must have an emergency contact on file who will be able to pick up your pet if necessary.

Don't bring used/unwashed toys. Viruses like parvo can live and spread on uncleaned surfaces for up to a year.

We require the following paperwork:
* Please be sure to upload all records to the Gingr portal! We will not accept or schedule reservations until we have all required documents. (Click the 'Contact Us' tab to create an account or request a reservation from the Gingr portal.)

Dogs:
- Up to date rabies certificate (with serial number)
- Up to date distemper (DHLPP) and bordetella (kennel cough) vaccine records
- Current dog license, purchasable at padoglicense.com.
Cats:
- FVRPC & rabies vaccine records
- We strongly recommend the Feline Leukemia vaccine!

Any of the above vaccines must either be current or administered a minimum of 14 days prior or earlier to your pet's stay at Animal Resorts - No Exceptions. PA state law requires us to keep a current rabies certificate and dog license on file for all dogs in our care.
