and Safe Boarding for your Dog

Suites
We have a couple new exclusive boarding option at
Animal Resorts. Slumber Party Sleepover is
for select obedient pets, where your pet stays in
our house, with our pets (2 CGC dogs, 2 cats), and
our family (4 certified dog trainers and 2 young
children). Who knows your dog may learn a thing or
two as well.
The other option is our In Home Luxury Suite
in our recently remodeled 7,500 square foot historic
home. The Luxury Suite is a spacious 5’x22’ with
radiant in floor heat and drains, a led TV playing
animal programming, and real mattresses for
bedding. Both options include their own private ½
acre grass fenced area overlooking horses, goats,
and chickens with streams and woods for a backdrop.
A real loving family with kids and other pets to
play with is the most important feature to me.
Each one of our suites consists of personal indoor
space and outdoor space separated by a sliding
translucent door. The indoor area is heated, air
conditioned, and sun lit for rest and relaxation for
your pets comfort and health. An adjoining private
outdoor patio provides for fresh air, exercise and
sun bathing.
Daycare, Play Pal and Playtime areas feature natural
grass which is beneficial for pets’ paws, pads and
overall orthopedic health. Although a little dirt
and mud can be expected grass is far more sanitary
than the alternatives. These areas are all shaded
with gorgeous mature trees and kiddy pools to give
pets a place to relax and cool down during the dog
days of summer. Swims in the pond or dips in the
creek are also available by request.
We also accommodate for the
very young and the very old to stay in our home
where it can be more suited for their special needs.
All pet accommodation areas are heated and include
central air conditioning with air exchange system to
provide fresh ventilation. These areas are
protected by an ADT security system with video
surveillance, fire smoke and heat alarms, and carbon
monoxide detection. We have over 3 dozen cameras
viewing and recording everything on the resort.
Health
and Welfare
Boarding your dog is the best alternative for care
of your pet in your absence. The selection of this
temporary home is an important decision. Animal
Resorts strives to provide your companion, at any
stage of life, an environment that greatly exceeds
basic necessities. You can board your pet for just a
day or for a month or more. We offer discounts for
multiple dogs, and for multiple cats sharing the
same accommodations. At
Animal Resorts, we are
always here when you need us!
Your pet’s well-being is
our #1 priority. Our facility provides
for a clean, fresh air environment, and lots of
attention and activity, essential to your dog's good
health. Our staff will be interacting with
your pet throughout the day, talking, petting,
feeding, cleaning and walking (dogs), grooming or
playing. Optional play sessions provide even more
attention.
Animal Resorts features large outdoor runs in our shaded
park land country setting. When they are not
enjoying the fresh air and warm sunshine, our guests
relax in their comfortable indoor heated or air
conditioned privacy area.
Playtimes are taken
seriously at Animal Resorts.
We are the originators of special services like
Play Pals, Daycare, Hikes, Massages. We feature over
an acre in fenced playground facilities for group
play and individual play sessions. We have 20
acres of naturally secluded park land and water for
our nature walks, hiking sessions and swims.
Swimming sessions are offered on those days where
your dog would just like to cool off and have a
fun-splash in our creek and/or pond. Smaller
baby wading pools are available for the smaller
dogs. While boarding you want to feel
that your dog is safe, secure, and happy and so do
we.

a fun activity where pets enjoy playing ball running about, belly rubs and as always lots of attention.
- Play Pals, make new
friends while burning off excess energy.
- Hike - Swim, beautiful
nature trails will take your pet around 20 acres including a dip in
the creek and/or pond will cool off any dog (baby pools included with
playtime).
- Massage, after a hard
day of play, a relaxing massage to unwind and enjoy the company of
friends
- Workout /Camps, You can also have your pet trained during their stay through
one of our programs.

comfortable indoor sleeping areas!
Additional Costs and
Charges: For flea control, your dog
will be bathed if they have fleas, ticks, or
other parasites at your expense. This is not an
option. Matted or Excessively dirty dogs will be be
charged accordingly.
Diets, Medications, Own
Food & Special Feedings: Our
standard kennel diets are Pedigree feeds.
Medications are charged $0.50 per
dose. If you wish to bring your dog's food from
home, if you place each feeding in a baggie and tag
it, you will not be charged a special feeding fee.
Other own food feedings are charged at $1 per
day.
What To Bring You must bring a current DOG LICENSE - this is
required! Bring your
dog's favorite toys (limit
to two please) and any treats you might wish your dog to have. Allowed are Nylabones or
Kongs -
no rawhides or "real bones" please.
Do not bring valuables as we will not be
responsible for any lost belongings.
What you do bring please label with
permanent marker all belongings. Bedding We
daily supply your dog with comfy fresh bedding.
Bring an emergency number (family or friend) for our records.
Canine Vaccinations
We will accept puppies after their second set of DHLPP, and Bordatella vaccinations. If your pet is
too young for Rabies, the requirement will be waived
for the Rabies vaccine only. We require that all
vaccinations needed for boarding or day care have
been given at least two weeks prior to arrival.
A copy of your current vaccinations and a
proof of
dog license is required.
Dog & Cat Grooming
Our
Animal Resorts bath includes: shampoo, conditioner,
nail trimming, and ears cleaned (if necessary).
There is an additional charge for long hair, matted
coats, or difficult pets.
 Activities
and Special Care
We offer optional activities to entertain and relax
your dog; from playtimes, massages, to quiet easy
cuddles, for the young and the older pet.
Medical problems which affect your dog's health or
comfort will be referred to a veterinarian. Other
problems or conditions we notice during your dog's
visit will be explained to you when you pick up your
pet.

Special Care:
We know from experience that boarding is
a little harder on the seniors of the
pet world , convalescing pets and first
time boarders of any age. For pets on
several medications, or with certain
health conditions, or behavior problems
this may be mandatory. Therefore we have
made special provisions for their
needs.
Note:
Pets that require special care or
special handling will be charged an
additional fee, commensurate with the
type of care required. This care may be
considered mandatory for boarding.
Canine

Some dogs require special handling of
some kind during boarding or grooming.
If we find this out after accepting
the pet for boarding you will most
likely be charged a special handling
fee.
